JYT Series Polymer Waterproof Membrane Production Line

This machine is a dedicated production line for non-asphalt-based waterproofing membranes. The entire unit is equipped with front material storage, adhesive coating, edge film covering, film alignment, sand application, automatic cutting of stored material, winding, and unloading devices. It also features an automatic edge correction system, a glue output pressure stabilization system, and PLC touch screen control. The die flow channel is specially designed to ensure uniform adhesive coating, allowing for material change without stopping the machine. The entire system boasts a high level of automation, ease of operation, reduced labor requirements, minimized material waste, and cost savings.
